Using Flockara's apps
Flockara is the umbrella for Soma Sundar's personal apps, currently Tailorbird (AI resume tailoring) and Job Portal (job listing search). By signing in and using either one, you agree to these terms. Accounts on Tailorbird are created by self-service request and admin approval, or set up directly by an admin; accounts on Job Portal are admin-provisioned only. Either way, you're responsible for keeping your own login and any saved API key secure.
Your content
You're responsible for what you upload or paste into either app, resume content and any job descriptions. Don't submit anything you don't have the right to use, or anything illegal, abusive, or intended to harm the service or other accounts. Each app only uses this content to do the one thing it's for, see the Privacy Policy for exactly what's collected and who else sees it.
Review before you send (Tailorbird)
Tailored output is AI-generated. Claude is instructed to work only from what's actually in your resume, never to invent experience, but AI output can still be wrong or need adjustment. Always review a tailored resume yourself before sending it to an employer - Tailorbird doesn't take responsibility for what you choose to submit downstream.
Listing accuracy (Job Portal)
Job Portal surfaces postings collected from public company career-site listings as-is. It doesn't guarantee a listing is still open, accurate, or unchanged since it was collected - always verify directly with the employer before applying.
Billing
Neither app charges anything itself. If you use your own Anthropic API key with Tailorbird, usage is billed by Anthropic directly to your own account, at Anthropic's own published rates, the app's Billing tab shows real cost figures (clearly labeled estimated or actual) so you can track that spend. Job Portal has no billing at all, it makes no paid API calls.
No warranty
Both apps are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, including that they'll be available at all times, free of bugs, or produce a perfect result. Tailorbird depends on Anthropic's API, Google Drive, and an SMTP provider for email delivery; Job Portal depends on the public job-board endpoints it reads from. Both are outside Flockara's control.
Accounts and termination
An admin may suspend or remove an account for misuse, abuse, or at their discretion. You can ask to have your account and its data removed at any time, see the Privacy Policy for how.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the apps change. Continuing to use either one after an update means you accept the current version.
